Andrea Sical Joins Suite 200 Solutions to Lead Claims Technology Implementation and Value Realization Practice
Andrea SicalLeads the Claims Technology Implementation and Value Realization practice
Lake Geneva, WI — Suite 200 Solutions today announced that Andrea Sical has joined the firm to launch and lead its new Claims Technology Implementation and Value Realization practice.
Andrea brings more than a decade of selling technology to property and casualty claims organizations and designing pilot and implementation programs for SigmaSight, Gradient AI and CaseGlide. That work gave her a close view of what happens after the contract is signed: who actually drives change in a claims organization, why pilots stall, and why some deployments deliver while others fade.
The practice answers a problem Suite 200 sees across the industry. Claims organizations are evaluating more technology than ever, much of it built on AI, and the hardest work often begins after a solution is chosen. Pilots land on claims leaders who already have full-time jobs, and they are usually designed and scored by the vendor, on the vendor’s data and terms. Vendors, for their part, need a first deployment to become a lasting account.
The practice serves both sides of the table:
For carriers and TPAs, Andrea sets out before a pilot begins what the carrier needs to learn, how success will be measured and what baseline the results will be compared against. She evaluates results and projected return from the carrier’s side, then facilitates implementation across the vendor, IT and claims operations until the expected value shows up in the workflow.
For claims technology providers, Andrea helps vendors understand how carriers buy, scope pilots with success criteria a carrier will accept, and prove value in the measures claims executives track, such as cycle time, severity, litigation outcomes and expense. She also builds the customer success function that drives renewal and expansion into new teams, lines and use cases.
The practice complements Suite 200’s AI Education and Adoption practice, led by Stefanie Jenkins, which helps organizations learn what AI can do and choose the right tools. Andrea’s work picks up once a solution is on the table and carries it through to measurable value.
Andrea received her Bachelor of Business Administration from Loyola University Chicago.
“Claims organizations are not short on technology options. What they are short on is the time and the independent discipline to prove which ones deliver,” said Taylor Smith, President of Suite 200 Solutions. “Andrea has spent her career where pilots are designed and where deployments either take hold or fade. She brings that experience to carriers and TPAs who need a decision they can defend internally, and to vendors who need a first deployment to become a lasting relationship. We are delighted to have her with us.”
