Stefanie Jenkins Returns to Suite 200 Solutions to Launch AI Education and Adoption Practice in Partnership with Acquaint

Lake Geneva, WI — Suite 200 Solutions today announced that Stefanie Jenkins has returned to the firm to launch and lead its new AI Education and Adoption practice. The practice will be delivered in partnership with Acquaint, the AI firm Jenkins co-founded with Zach Novoselsky.
Stefanie is no stranger to Suite 200. She began her career in 2012 on the litigation management side of the claims industry and spent years with Suite 200 on business development and technology. She returns with something new. Over the past year she led AI, data and systems for a Midwest real estate development firm backed by institutional investors, where she designed and built the firm’s AI platform from the ground up and put it to work across the whole team.
The practice answers a problem Suite 200 sees across the industry. The plaintiff bar has moved faster on AI than the defense side, and insurance organizations are scrambling to catch up. The defense side knows it must respond and there is widespread recognition that additional expertise can help it do so faster.
The practice provides carriers, TPAs, defense firms and the vendors who serve them with three areas of expertise:
Learn gives claims and litigation teams a working understanding of what AI can do with their own files.
Choose helps organizations vet AI vendors for governance, compliance and fit, independent of any vendor.
Run is a long-term partnership that stays with the client as it puts AI to work, through the vendors it chose or the tools it already has, and trains someone on the client’s team to own it.
The practice complements but is separate from Suite 200’s Product Management and AI Strategy practice led by Elaine Rogalla, which helps organizations decide what to build and bring to market.
