Andrea leads Suite 200's Claims Technology Implementation and Value Realization practice. She brings ten years of selling technology to property and casualty claims organizations and a close view of what happens after the contract is signed: who actually drives change management in claims, why pilots stall, and why some deployments deliver while others fade.
For carriers and TPAs, Andrea provides expertise once a solution is already on the table. Pilots tend to land on claims leaders who already have full-time jobs, and they are usually designed and scored by the vendor, on the vendor's data and terms. Before a pilot begins, Andrea sets out what the carrier needs to learn, how success will be measured, and what baseline the results will be compared against. She evaluates results and projected return from the carrier's side. She facilitates implementation across the vendor, IT and claims operations, and works with adjusters, supervisors and claims leadership until the expected value shows up in the workflow. Clients get back management time and make a decision they can defend internally.
For claims technology providers, Andrea builds the commercial and post-sale discipline that turns a first deployment into a lasting account. She helps vendors understand how carriers buy, including how procurement, IT and legal shape the timeline. She helps them scope pilots with success criteria a carrier will accept and set a clear path from pilot to contract. She helps them prove value in the terms claims executives track, such as cycle time, severity, litigation outcomes and expense. She also builds the customer success function behind that work: onboarding, usage tracking, account health monitoring, executive reviews, and the playbooks that drive renewal and expansion into new teams, lines and use cases.
Before joining Suite 200 Solutions, Andrea spent more than a decade designing successful pilot and implementation programs for SigmaSight, Gradient AI, and CaseGlide. She has high levels of expertise in successful pilot design across claim organizations, litigation, and AI-centric solutions.
Andrea received her Bachelor of Business Administration from Loyola University Chicago.
