Plantation, FL — The Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM) is pleased to announce the fifth edition of the CLM National Litigation Management study entitled The State of the Union: Litigation Management in 2023. This comprehensive examination of litigation management practices across the property-casualty arena will survey more than 100 senior-level executives to chart emerging trends and explore adoption of litigation management technology.

Previous studies have become a go-to resource for litigation management program decision makers since its inception in 2012. Once again, Suite 200 Solutions has been commissioned by CLM to conduct the study which will be underwritten by key industry sponsors. Data collection is scheduled to commence in early November 2022 and findings will be released in March 2023 at CLM Annual Conference in Tampa, FL.

“CLM is dedicated to helping the industry stay educated, informed, and future-ready,” said Ronna Ruppelt, CEO of CLM. “These studies have become a trusted resource for both claims organizations and law firms to identify emerging trends, industry pressures, and successful strategies. I am pleased to announce the launch of our 2023 study.”

CLM is seeking senior litigation and claims officers to participate in the study via survey. Data collection will begin in early November 2022. Responses are anonymized and all information shared is confidential. Those who participate will receive an advance copy of the Report of Findings, with an anticipated release in March 2023.
