The Litigation Management studies of 2011, 2015, 2019, and 2023 focus exclusively on the thoughts and opinions of senior claim and litigation officers. The Defense Counsel studies of 2020 and 2024 focus on the thoughts and opinions of insurance defense counsel. Click on the respective study year to download a copy of the report.
The purpose of these Studies is to facilitate improved communication and working relationships between litigation executives and the defense firms with whom they partner. These studies surface emerging industry threats, areas of collaboration, and are intended to move our industry forward so that we can serve our insureds, shareholders, and the public more effectively.
More than 70 senior claim and litigation executives took the time to answer almost 130 questions designed by a Steering Committee of 35 Members. We view this and other CLM Studies as being the most comprehensive of their type in the industry.
