Defense Counsel Study
This Study was a follow-on to CLM’s March 2019 Litigation Management Study. It was commissioned by the CLM, the industry’s largest trade association for claims and litigation professionals.
Exactly 400 defense attorneys offered their time to answer more than 80 questions on a wide variety of topics.
We hope that the resulting Report of Findings can serve as a facilitator of improved communication and working relationships between defense attorneys and the litigation executives who hire them.
