About the 2024 CLM
Defense Counsel Study

Thank you for your interest in the 2024 CLM Defense Counsel Study. This Report of Findings summarizes data collected from almost 400 insurance defense attorneys on a wide array of topics important to both law firms and the claim organizations that retain them.

You may download a copy of the Report this by clicking here.

This 2024 Report is an update to the 2020 CLM Defense Counsel Study. It is commissioned by the CLM, the industry’s largest trade association for claims and litigation professionals.

The CLM’s defense counsel studies provide a different perspective than the CLM’s litigation management studies of 2012, 2015, 2019, and 2023, which focus exclusively on the thoughts and opinions of senior claim and litigation officers.

This Study’s questions were developed by a Steering Committee of 23 law firm leaders and five litigation executives. Steering Committee members are listed in the Report.

If you have questions about the Study or simply want to make sure that you receive a copy of the Report, please email study@suite200solutions.com to request a copy.
