The CLM commissioned us to perform the 2023 CLM Litigation Management Study. This 2023 Study is the fifth we have performed for the CLM, with prior studies in 2020, 2019, 2015, and 2012. These studies are the largest of their kind in the insurance defense litigation arena.

With a Steering Committee of more than 45 chief claim and litigation officers, the Study captures current trends and challenges facing claims organization leaders across our litigation management community.

More than 90 organizations participated in the 2023 Study, a 20 percent increase from the 2019 Study.

A copy of the Report of Findings can be found here.
