Rachel brings to her clients a unique blend of underwriting expertise, operational leadership, and regulatory insight developed over more than a decade in insurance and risk management. Her consulting practice at Suite 200 Solutions focuses on helping brokerage firms, captive owners, and program leaders build and scale risk-bearing platforms — including captives, MGAs, and other structured insurance vehicles.

Before joining Suite 200 Solutions, Rachel was the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Luzern Risk, where she led captive governance, reinsurance strategy, and platform development across a multi-entity insurance enterprise. Earlier in her career, she held senior roles at AIG, Marsh, and multiple insurtech brokerages, where she advised on program architecture, compliance, and distribution transformation.

Rachel’s expertise spans a range of disciplines critical to alternative risk and modern insurance operations, including captive formation, delegated underwriting authority (MGA/MGU structures), brokerage infrastructure design, and reinsurance negotiations. She also works with clients to improve operational efficiency through offshoring strategies, process redesign, and technology integration, helping brokerages scale smarter without sacrificing quality or control.

Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and was named a RISE 35 Under 35 insurance leader. She frequently advises on aligning operational strategy with long-term underwriting discipline, particularly for firms transitioning into risk-bearing roles.
