Elaine brings to her clients fifteen years spanning all three sides of insurance technology: leading claims operations, building AI products, and launching commercial software at both startups and enterprise companies.
As leader of the Product Management and AI Strategy practice at Suite 200 Solutions, she helps claims organizations, insurtechs, and technology providers translate operational pain points into product roadmaps that ship, scale, and earn customer trust. Her work centers on the discipline that separates good products from durable ones: staying close to the user, building the cross-functional processes that move ideas from concept to launch, and aligning product strategy with the commercial realities of the business.
Before joining Suite 200 Solutions, Elaine completed a product-led growth engagement at Qumis, a commercial property and casualty coverage intelligence platform, where she launched the company's self-serve onboarding and end-to-end paid conversion motion as Qumis expanded beyond enterprise design partners into the broader brokerage market.
Previously, as Chief Product Officer and founding product leader at SigmaSight, she built the product function from the ground up, architected and deployed a Generative AI pipeline from concept to production, launching the company's negotiation intelligence platform and delivering two commercial products from zero to initial ARR, and guided the organization through SOC 2 Type 2 certification to enable enterprise sales.
Elaine spent five years at Duck Creek Technologies, serving as Director of Product Management for the Claims, Insights, and Clarity portfolio, where she led the launch of Clarity, Duck Creek's first cloud-native data management product, and designed the initiative to bring artificial intelligence and machine learning into the claims workflow. She came to product management by way of a twelve-year claims career at Liberty Mutual, where she managed claims units and led the company's eFNOL digital strategy, more than doubling consumer conversion on the mobile claims intake experience, work that gives her a rare practitioner's understanding of the operations her products serve.
Elaine holds an MBA with concentrations in Leadership & Change Management and Entrepreneurship from DePaul University's Driehaus College of Business, where she graduated cum laude, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Psychology from Northern Illinois University. She is a published contributor to PropertyCasualty360 and has spoken at the Reuters Events Connected Claims USA conference.
