Jeanette brings her clients more than 25 years of executive claims management experience. She has worked for State Farm and other Fortune 500 P&C carriers as well as Third Party Administrators. Her prior roles include Chief Operating Officer, Chief Claims Officer, VP of Claims Operations and Claims Financial Officer. Her diverse background in building and restructuring claims organizations helps her to create strong strategic plans with her clients and a roadmap to execute on the plan. Jeanette has consulted in other industries assisting companies in creating operational efficiencies that improve product or service quality and increase revenue.
Her experience includes including sales, operations, training and development, project management and finance. Her strategic planning has resulted in the reduction of ALAE, increased profitability, improved claim quality and service. Jeanette’s consulting focus is on process improvement, data and analytics, vendor management and business development for service providers.
Jeanette received a Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal/Organizational Communications from California State University at Long Beach. She is active in the CLM and serves as Co-Dean in the School of Leadership and is on the Workers’ Compensation Advisory Board. Jeanette is also a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
