Cindy leads Suite 200 Solutions’ recruiting practice. Before joining our group, Cindy managed and operated her own recruiting firm. She focuses her practice on searches involving mid-manager, Director and C-level roles across all functional disciplines. She maintains a specialty in sales and marketing-related roles.
Cindy’s corporate background includes high profile sales positions with Quest Diagnostics, ADP and Procter and Gamble. Her roles have included oversight and responsibility for Fortune 10 customers, and for ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
She recruiting methodology starts with a strong understanding of the client’s strategic requirements, in order to identify strong candidates who have the experience, essential skills and personal qualities to succeed. Her approach to identifying and matching talent includes diligent canvassing and networking within the industry. Then a systematic interview process provides the screening necessary to match the ideal candidate with the desired skill profile.
This methodology and unparalleled access to the industry via close association with CLM and other trade association service providers enables Cindy to find talented executives for roles, effectively and quickly. Senior claim and litigation executives, sales, marketing, product management, and client service executives are just some of the leadership roles that she focuses on.
Cindy is a passionate supporter of causes that involve women’s health and children’s education. Her contributions include managing the implementation of John Walsh’s Stranger Safety program into Kentucky schools and organizing fundraisers for the American Heart Association and American Cancer Society. As a mother of three, she has also served on several school advisory boards.
Cindy graduated from Northern Kentucky University with a BA in Communications and Marketing.
